Onsite Account Manager & Product Administrator
Job Summary
The Onsite Account Manager & Product Administrator is the primary onsite contact responsible for managing the client relationship while ensuring all equipment and handheld devices are operational, maintained, and properly tracked. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot and maintain telecommunications systems, and experience managing equipment inventory and deployments. This individual will play a key role in ensuring CPC systems are properly installed, maintained, and operating efficiently while supporting ongoing customer and facility needs.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
Account Management
- Serve as the onsite liaison for the client
- Maintain strong working relationships and address day-to-day needs
- Identify and resolve service issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed
Equipment & Product Administration
- Maintain and troubleshoot all onsite equipment and handheld devices
- Provide on-call support for after-hours issues
- Assign, distribute, and track handheld devices
- Collect, coordinate and return defective equipment to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory to ensure availability and minimize delays and down time
Operational Support
- Support daily operations and resolve issues quickly
- Track equipment status and recurring problems
- Follow company processes and client requirements
Customer & Facility Support
- Serve as a primary onsite contact for facility staff related to CPC systems
- Provide clear communication and support to customers and internal teams
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness
Work Environment
- Full-time onsite at a correctional facility
- On-call as needed
