At The Comalli Group, we're known for quality work, strong teams, and taking care of our people. We're growing and looking for an experienced electrician who's ready to lead projects while staying hands-on in the field.
This isn't a desk job. You'll work alongside your crew while taking ownership of small to midsize construction projects—making sure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the quality our customers expect.
Starting Pay: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience. Compensation for highly qualified candidates may exceed this range
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices on assigned projects.
- Perform hands-on electrical installation while leading by example.
- Plan daily work to keep projects on schedule and moving forward.
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Read blueprints and ensure work meets NEC and Comalli quality standards.
- Order and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate project progress and field issues.
- Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of electricians.
- Deliver a clean, organized, and professional jobsite from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of hands on electrical construction experience required
- Experience leading crews or running projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical installation and the NEC.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid and clean driver's license required
- OSHA 10 Certification required.
