What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicles using factory tools
- Handle maintenance: brakes, tires, oil, alignments, inspections
- Work alongside service advisors to keep customers in the loop
- Mentor junior techs when the opportunity comes up
- Keep your bay clean, safe, and dialed in
What You Bring
- 2 years as an automotive technician (preferred, not required — we'll talk to anyone with strong skills and the right attitude)
- Solid mechanical and diagnostic ability
- ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus
- Valid driver's license clean driving record
- A team-first mindset and pride in your work
