Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in vascular ultrasound imaging and cardiovascular diagnostics, with a strong foundation in interventional radiology and cardiac assessment techniques. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to comprehensive vascular and cardiac evaluations within a supportive clinical environment committed to excellence.
Duties
- Perform ultrasound examination of patients to create a Venous Flow Map for purposes of the physician recommending a safe, effective treatment plan
- Maintain equipment and manage the supply inventory to ensure continued and effective operations
- Clean and maintain designated vein room after each treatment and at the end of the day to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Assist the Physician in the following:
- Helping to re-explain the physician’s treatment plan to the patient and how that treatment plan addresses the patient’s specific needs.
- Assist during Image Guided Injection treatment sessions with the appropriate directions regarding needle placement and recommendations for volume and strength of solution to be injected.
