We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Systems Analyst III to join our growing team in Aiken, SC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional process discovery sessions to document and evaluate workflows
- Design and implement futurestate processes that improve efficiency
- Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements
- Develop process documentation including workflow diagrams and SOPs
- Build dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Analyze business data using SQL and relational databases
- Lead system and process improvement initiatives endtoend
- Mentor junior analysts and support business system users
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of business systems analysis or ERP experience
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP systems
- Python scripting knowledge
- HTML and REST API experience
