Duties:
-Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and genuine demeanor.
-Manage table maps efficiently and ensure timely seating for guests.
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a positive first impression.
-Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests.
-Handle guest inquiries and assist with any special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Manage waitlists during busy times and offer estimated wait times courteously.
-More tasks as needed.
Standards:
-Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
-Knowledge of Italian cuisine and familiarity with the restaurant's menu.
-Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
