What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bussers - Morning Shift position at COLUMBIA ROOM INC MASTER?
Summary/Objective
To clear tables when customers are finished and reset tables meeting the Hood River Inn’s standards by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions

Must maintain a Guest First attitude.

Maintains housekeeping standards in the Restaurant and Kitchen areas.

Clears and resets tables within a three minute time frame.

Cleans shelves, bus stations, and walls.
-
Refill water and coffee for customers when necessary.
-
Fill and deliver room service orders.
-
Keep hotel halls free of room service trays and miscellaneous debris.

Restock linen as needed.
-
Empty garbage cans.
-
Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
Physical Demands
Estimated percentage of daily physical requirements and/or number of pounds that may need to be lifted on the job:

100% -- Stands during entire shift.
-
75% -- Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.
-
20% -- Carries 20-lb. highchair about 10 times per shift over medium distances (20-30 feet).

50% -- Verbally communicates with guests and phone callers.
Must be able to read, write and determine wait time based on Riverside’s procedures. Must be able to visually scan restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables. This position requires frequent washing of hands.
