We are currently seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the welcoming face of CPAC and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our students, families, and staff.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Energetic and reliable
- Passionate about the performing arts (no dance experience required)
- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, families, and staff upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Process tuition and fee payments
- Support enrollment and registration processes
- Assist with boutique sales and dancer shoe/apparel sizing
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Contribute to social media and other communication efforts
- Complete administrative projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn our studio’s dance software
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask
- Dance knowledge or prior experience in the performing arts is a plus (but not required)
Work Schedule for 2025–2026 Season:
Applicants must be available during the following session dates:
- August 17 – November 23, 2026
- ovember 30 – December 17, 2026
- January 4 – March 25, 2027
- April 5 – May 21, 2027
- Mandatory availability for Recital Weekend: May 14–16, 2027
Weekly hours available, minimum of 3 shifts required.
- Monday–Thursday: 3:45 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
