- Greet guests personally at the front foyer area.
- Offer appropriate seating arrangements for guests.
- Relay to go orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Assist with dining room set-up and keep front area stocked with menus.
- Manage event-related work including setting up tables and maintaining both exterior and interior of the restaurant. Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Possess working knowledge of the TOAST POS system.
- Notify the MOD of any large parties that exceed the capacity of standard tables.
- Check with kitchen manager for daily specials.
- Answer the phone promptly before three rings, using a friendly tone and providing the requested information.
- Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including daily specials, ingredients, preparation, how items are served and with what accompaniments.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of our Gluten Free options.
- Explain to guests the ordering process.
- Offer menus to guests upon arrival and answer questions about the menu.
- When the line is at capacity, offer to take beer orders.
- Offer samples to guests when feasible.
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
- Working knowledge of beer
- Buses tables and outside seating area.
- Takes food orders and delivers food
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations, and has state required liquor license.
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
- State Food Handlers Card
