What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
- Greets and welcomes guests to the Farm Stand on Saturday and Sundays starting July 11 through end of August.
- Assists with set up of music as needed.
- Sets up the Farm Stand for sales of produce, beverages and U-Pick sales of blueberries.
- Rings up sales according to procedures.
- Loads and unloads produce and items to the Farm Stand building.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Reports any equipment or issues to the Farm Manager promptly.
- Adheres to all safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and hydration practices.
- Supports other farm operations and guest experiences as needed.
- Prior Farm Stand sales experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in English.
- An valid OLCC card for beverage sales.
