A well-established dental practice in Richmond, VA is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Dentist to join their team full-time. This is a modern, fully equipped office offering comprehensive general dentistry services.
About the Position
– Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– Must have prior clinical experience; no new graduates (including residency-trained)
– One hygienist seeing ~15 patients/day and three dental assistants (option to hire a fourth if needed)
– Full-scope general dentistry with a steady patient base
Compensation & Benefits
– 32% of collections
– All lab fees covered by the practice
– Additional earning potential explained during the interview process once monthly collections reach $60K–$70K
Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
