About The COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Position Details
- Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week
- Fridays 8–3 are required
- Candidate selects the other two days
- Start Date: February 2026
- Role: General Dentist (DDS/DMD)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of general dentistry
- Clinical Requirements:
- Molar endodontics is required
- Comfortable treating children ages 7–17 as well as adults
- Practice Type: High-volume, blue-collar patient demographic with a balanced mix of PPO and Medicaid (approx. 50/50)
- New Patients: 80–100 new patients per month, ensuring a full and consistent schedule
About The COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
- Daily Guarantee: $950–$1,000/day for the first 5 months
- Production Compensation: Transition to 32–34% of collections (based on experience)
- Continuing Education: $2,000 annual CE allowance
- Malpractice: Fully covered if joining the practice’s policy
