What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jobsetter Press Tech (Stamping) 2nd Shift- 4 Day Work Week position at COLSON GROUP HOLDINGS, LLC?
Summary Description: Will set-up all presses within the two departments and operate in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Essential Functions: Will set-up all presses within the dept. and operate at the Engineering routed standards, raw materials, as required, set gauges and assist changeover technician in trouble shooting tooling problems. Insure quality of parts being produced. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Assist in the training of new Jobsetters & Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Education High school or equivalent. Must be able to read and write at acceptable level.
- Physical -Must be able to bend, stand, stoop and pull. Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
- Specific skills - Must be able to read and interpret blueprints or have the ability to be trained. Must be able to obtain a forklift license or currently have one. Must be able to use height gauge, scale and calipers along with shop floor gauges to insure production of quality parts.

- Experience - Prefer prior punch press experience
