Colson Group is seeking a Machine Operator in our Monette Arkansas facility. The Machine Operator will work with the plant supervision to ensure that work is completed and shipped in a timely manner. Third shift is Sunday through Thursday night 11pm-730am.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read and understand a Work Order.
- Must understand quality standards and report quality issues to Process Technician
- Must know and understand all safety rules and regulations.
- Must know and understand basic control and functions of the machines.
- Must properly document problems with machines and notify Process Technician and/or Supervisor as soon as possible.
- Must comply with Company Policy – as outlined in the associate handbook
- Must be capable of operating press efficiently.
- Must be able to operate material loading system.
- Must be able to start up and shut down presses
- Must be capable of learning and performing other assigned duties.
