Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant and become the vital backbone of our office operations! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative functions, enhance office efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service.
This role will mainly support our Wholesale Bakery business, Michel's Bakery. Additional opportunities to support other outlets with proven success. This role has the ability to grow into much more for a strong candidate.
Responsibilities
- Compile daily orders and create invoices for customers. The time frame to complete this task is between 2pm - 5pm. MUST BE AVAILABLE THESE HOURS AT A MINIMUM.
- Manage customer statements and Accounts receivables.
- Be the point of contact for all Michel's Customers. Onboard new customers.
- Manage price changes and Michel's Catalog in R365 System.
- Assist with Accounts Payable.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment.
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information with professionalism.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 β 28 per week
