What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Cook position at Colorado Mountain Restaurant?
Hooked in Beaver Creek is a unique seafood restaurant serving the freshest fish in the Rockies. We specialize in bringing in a wide range of species which we prepare in a variety of Sushi preparations. Looking for an experience Sushi cook skilled in Omakase preparations looking to work in a fun environment with top quality product.
Compensation is based on an hourly rate and tip pool. We can offer housing to the right candidate as part of the compensation package. There is also opportunity for Health insurance and Retirement matching plan.
Hooked is located right at the base of the ski mountain, in the winter, we do offer ski pass benefits as well.
