Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/per hour (depending on experience)

About The Role

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll guide a team of technicians, ensure high‑quality work, and keep accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment for each job. This role is key to delivering exceptional landscaping results while fostering a productive, safety‑focused crew.

What You'll Do Operational Leadership

• Ensure trucks are properly loaded with tools and equipment before departure
• Manage morning/evening truck and trailer loading/unloading
• Supervise technicians and delegate tasks for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee and complete work tickets on schedule
• Inspect completed work to reduce re-work or return visits
• Enforce all safety standards and PPE requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and yard
• Submit accurate daily work orders to operations leadership
• Read/interpret blueprints to assign work appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and proper use of company equipment
  
  

Team Management

• Promote continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices
• Provide feedback to operations leadership on crew performance
• Support employee training and development
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of landscape industry experience (required)
• 1 year of leadership experience (preferred)
• Minimum age 21
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively with a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong knowledge of all phases of landscaping projects
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High attention to detail

• Outdoor work environment
• Extended hours during peak seasons
• Physically demanding tasks; exposure to weather extremes, noise, allergens, insects, dust, sharp objects, and moving mechanical parts
