This role focuses on customer retention, revenue growth through enhancement sales, and delivering high-quality landscape services through strong operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Identify enhancement opportunities through regular property walk-throughs
- Serve as the primary client contact for landscape maintenance, installations, and seasonal services
- Partner with Operations to develop accurate estimates, manage work tickets, and stay on budget
- Monitor job performance to ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Promote safety, environmental best practices, and continuous improvement
- Support snow operations during winter events as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred (horticulture a plus) or equivalent experience
- Strong client management and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of horticulture, plant health, pests, and landscape maintenance
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
