Overview
Senior Purchasing Manager with a defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing background.
- Lead purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing and commodity management
- Drive supplier development, negotiations, subcontracting and supplier performance
- Manage strategic supplier agreements, including SPA, BOA and LTA
- Lead make/buy decisions, supplier selection, transitions and cost reduction
- Support NPI, production requirements, material availability and obsolescence planning
- Lead and develop the purchasing organization
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Active Secret Clearance (or eligible for one)
- 7 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience
- Leadership experience managing purchasing or procurement teams
- Strong defense, aerospace or high-technology manufacturing background
- DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience
Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
