Overview
Planning Manager with a defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing background.
- Lead material planning, production planning and master scheduling
- Oversee material requirements, purchase requisitions and shop order execution
- Optimize inventory, material availability, production schedules and customer delivery
- Drive planning processes, performance metrics and operational improvements
- Support NPI, make/buy decisions, production capacity and obsolescence planning
- Lead and develop the planning organization
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Active Secret Clearance (or eligible for one)
- 5 years of planning, supply chain or related manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience managing planners, schedulers or related teams
- Strong defense, aerospace or complex manufacturing background
- DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience
- Bonus: Deltek CostPoint or similar
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
