Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Representative located in Merritt Island, FL. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, cold-calling, and conducting presentations to showcase Colonial Life’s range of workplace benefits. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and working both from the office and remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, especially in the insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to conduct presentations and demonstrate products effectively
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Licensed to sell insurance products in the state of Florida is a plus
