The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, supporting enrollment activities, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Life, Health and Accident Insurance License required
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to plan and deliver Training sessions for client education and team development
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, and willingness to learn new tools
- Prior experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
