Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Petal, MS. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and explaining Colonial Life’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, setting appointments, engaging in consultative sales, and providing excellent customer service.

- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Licensing in insurance sales is beneficial and may be required
