Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and utilize your sales skills to upsell products effectively. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a strong understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Duties

  • Actively sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
  • Upsell additional products during customer interactions to enhance their experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to sell products while demonstrating effective upselling techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in conducting product demos is a plus.
