Role Description

This is a full or part-time, hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist. Our office is located in Independence, OH. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers and their employees, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients about a range of voluntary insurance products. Responsibilities also include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance coverage options, and managing insurance sales and service processes. Collaboration with team members and the use of sales techniques to achieve performance goals will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of Insurance and related products.
• Customer Service skills to provide support and build trust with clients.
• Sales abilities for identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• A valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one (as per state requirements).
