Role Description
This is a full or part-time, hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist. Our office is located in Independence, OH. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers and their employees, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients about a range of voluntary insurance products. Responsibilities also include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance coverage options, and managing insurance sales and service processes. Collaboration with team members and the use of sales techniques to achieve performance goals will be key aspects of the role.
