Area Sales Manager

We are searching for a passionate Sales Manager in the greater Buffalo area. The Manager leads and mentors sales representatives in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.

Successful Leaders prioritize:

• Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring sales agents
• Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents
• Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences
• Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
• Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
• Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
• Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers

Beneficial Qualifications and/or Skills for Managers:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
• Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams

This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents potential pre-tax earnings as a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings. All earnings in this role are sales results-based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth based on your business acumen and effort.
