Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Montgomery, TX, for an Agency Sales Representative. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and promoting Colonial Life’s range of workplace benefits to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining business relationships, conducting sales presentations, and educating clients about the company’s products. This role also requires managing client accounts, handling policy renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
