Role Description: The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, responsible for driving growth and performance within a designated sales territory. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and developing a diverse team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to support their success. The Agency Development Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with local businesses, brokers, and community partners to expand market presence and generate new opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales goals, leading team meetings, conducting field visits and joint sales calls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal partners on marketing initiatives, enrollment strategies, and process improvements to enhance the experience of clients, policyholders, and the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, agency management, or business development, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
