Position Overview

Flypaper is seeking a driven, ambitious Agency Development Manager (ADM) to join our team based in Little Rock, Arkansas. This hybrid position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in digital advertising and business development.

The Agency Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities through strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. You'll work with local businesses to develop customized digital marketing solutions, including Website Design, SEO, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising.

After the sale, you'll partner closely with our Campaign and Product Specialists to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and successful campaign execution. As you demonstrate consistent sales success and fulfillment performance, you'll have opportunities to mentor and lead Digital Media Consultants within your market.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities throughout the Little Rock market.
  • Develop outreach strategies targeting key industry verticals.
  • Conduct cold calls, networking, meetings, and sales presentations to generate new business.
  • Research prospective clients, their competitors, and industry trends to develop customized proposals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, call quotas, and new business objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and current, ensuring sales pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media Consultants (DMCs) to strengthen sales strategies and increase average order value (AVO).

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Support and train Digital Media Consultants within the market.
  • Share best practices and sales strategies to improve overall team performance.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment across departments.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the Digital Agency Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, marketing, or interactive media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success prospecting, cold calling, developing leads, and closing new business.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing solutions, including Website Design, SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Regular travel throughout the Little Rock metro area and surrounding markets for client meetings and business development activities

Communication Expectations

  • Respond promptly to internal communications (same day whenever possible).
  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all internal and external interactions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Transportation & Physical Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy.
  • Must meet company vehicle policy requirements.
  • Must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as an "Interested Party."
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.

Environmental Requirements

  • Routine exposure to bright computer screens (VDTs), glare, and occasional loud office environments.

Salary : $53,540 - $88,385
