Position Overview
As a Insurance Benefit Counselor, you'll work with businesses and their employees to educate, enroll, and support them in choosing Colonial Life's supplemental benefit solutions. This is an independent contractor opportunity, offering the flexibility to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. This opportunity allows you to work in an entrepreneurial capacity while representing Colonial Life Supplemental Benefits across broker, commercial, and public sector accounts.

Responsibilities
- Conduct benefit enrollments for employees in commercial, public and private sectors.
- Educate employees about Colonial Life's supplemental insurance options.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with HR professionals and company leaders.
- Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after enrollments.
- Participate in district meetings, training programs, and career development sessions.
- Collaborate with your team to meet individual and agency sales goals.
