Warehouse Operations Leader
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Leader to join our team at Colman Building Center in Colman, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of building materials, tools, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising yard staff, managing accurate inventory, and maintaining the warehouse to meet the needs of our customers and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensuring the warehouse and yard are clean, organized, and safe. Enforcing safety procedures and ensuring staff are trained on proper equipment use.
- Assisting customers with product location, resolving order issues, and addressing challenges that arise during daily operations.
A successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, including staff supervision. They must possess strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills.
