Position will be located in Colville, WA and will support operations for two manufacturing facilities.
The company is seeking a hard-working individual to work in the operations department. This position is full-time, non-exempt, $19.63/hr - $26.13/hr. Compensation includes medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution, life insurance, employee assistance program, and training opportunities. Regular shifts are Monday – Friday with overtime as needed. Day shift hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and swing shift hours are 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, process, unload, store, and label warehouse stock products, including loading/unloading vehicles and requisitioning materials.
- Perform weekly/monthly inventory controls, assist with daily/weekly Kan Ban, and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order, restock, and strategize the organization of warehouse inventory.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Communicate, cooperate, anticipate, and solve problems with supervisors and coworkers.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (Macola / MIS / Excel).
- Effective communication skills (writing, speaking, active listening), good organization, and time management skills.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to operate forklift.
