3rd Shift Laborer-Stack

The company is seeking hard-working individuals to work in the Stack department. Compensation includes a competitive wage, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401K plan with employer matching contribution, life insurance, employee assistance program, and training opportunities. Regular shifts are Sunday-Thursday from 10:00pm-6:30am, with overtime as needed. This shift offers a $2.00/hour shift differential in addition to the regular base wage.

Responsibilities Include:

• Following verbal and written instructions/specifications such as blueprints, design drawings, bill of materials, and standard operating procedures, and planning sequence of operations.
• Using a variety of hand tools, power tools and other machines to assemble coil core sheet metal, fins, and tubes.
• Washing, cleaning, trimming to size, forming ends, expanding tubes and other requirements in preparation for welding or brazing.
• Assisting team members through gathering materials, moving units, and loading products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and maintaining equipment according to established procedures.
• Practicing problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be proficient in all aspects of safety and demonstrate the fundamental understanding that safety comes first.
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with hand tools helpful
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and coworkers
• Attention to detail
