Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of advanced machinery, contribute to high-quality production, and support our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am with overtime as needed. This shift offers a $2.00/hour shift differential.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating fabricating machines such as brake press, CNC mill, lathe, and laser.
- Following specifications such as blueprints, design drawings, and bill of materials, and planning sequence of operations.
- Following procedures and conducting preventative maintenance programs.
- Learning the site-specific usage of different types of forklifts and how they are used in different areas for a specific job.
- Using logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and identify alternative solutions to problems.
- Participating in the continuous improvement system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be proficient in all aspects of safety and demonstrate the fundamental understanding that safety comes first.
