Position Description
Collin Central Appraisal District (Collin CAD) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Litigation Specialist. The Litigation Specialist is responsible for providing assistance in relation to all aspects of appraisal district functions and the property tax system, pertaining to litigation.
Qualifications
- College level degree with emphasis in real estate, finance, economics, mathematics, business administration and/or an appraisal designation is preferred.
- RPA designation is required.
- Minimum 5 years of mass appraisal experience.
- Appraisal district experience related to real estate or ad valorem tax appraisal experience.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and proof of auto liability insurance.

Collin CAD does not hire individuals that test positive for nicotine & cannabinoid products or their derivatives.
