Adjunct Lecturer of Portuguese to teach in-person or online a 6-credit introductory-level Portuguese language. This is a part-time, non-tenure track faculty position for the Fall semester. Classes Begin August 17th.
We are seeking dynamic and student-focused educators committed to fostering basic Portuguese language acquisition and cultural competence through communicative and inclusive teaching practices.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Portuguese, Luso-Brazilian Studies, or a closely related field. At least 18 graduate credit hours in Portuguese. Professional fluency in Portuguese and English. Teaching experience at the postsecondary level, particularly in beginning Spanish language courses.
