Job Summary
The House Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of nursing personnel for a given shift with responsibility for outcome throughout the facility; performs a variety of functions for assigned shift including the interpretation of department policy and procedures for nursing staff; participates in the identification and investigation of problems, preparation of reports, and implementation of the improvement of nursing care; provides for staff training and evaluates personnel performance.

Job Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- A Level One Fingerprint Card is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of acute care nursing experience
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Provide administrative and clinical oversight for hospital operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Address staffing issues and allocate personnel as needed
- Respond to emergencies and address patient or family concerns
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration
