Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, BusinessAdministration or a related field; equivalent combination of education and progressivelyresponsible experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within hospital nutrition services,food service operations, or healthcare support services.
- Demonstrated experience managing clinical nutrition and food service operations orhealthcare support services.
- 2 years’ experience with departmental budgeting, purchasing, vendor management, andoperational leadership
- Experience with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards within a healthcaresetting.
- A Level One Fingerprint Card is required
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for nutrition, dietary, food service, and assigned support service operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and licensing standards, including CIHQ, AHCCCS, and Joint Commission requirements.
- Oversee clinical nutrition, food production, patient meal services, cafeteria operations, and retail services to support quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and operational expenses.
- Lead recruitment, staff development, performance management, and succession planning for departmental team members.
- Establish departmental goals, policies, performance metrics, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to support operational planning, patient experience initiatives, and organizational growth.
- Lead planning and operational readiness efforts for future expansion projects and service growth.
