Job Description
College Hospital is looking for 1 full time Treatment Team Specialist to provide an integral role in interfacing the Physician and Multidisciplinary Treatment Team's plan of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Effectively assists in completing billing and auditing of billing for accuracy and completion.
- Reconciles hospital billing with the documentation in the patient's medical record accurately and timely
- Reviews treatment plans for completion, accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Completes all regular and special assignments in a timely manner
- Monitors the medical record regarding completion of all required medical record documentation
- Effectively performs additional duties and responsibilities as position requires.
Requirements
- Experience in mental health setting working with adult patients, ages 18 (Preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of psychiatric diagnosis, and medical record charting basics
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile services provided against billed services
