Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks and provide essential support to management. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring operations run efficiently.

- Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Organize and maintain internal records, including reports, financial documents, and compliance files.
- Manage office inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors for services and supplies.

- Prepare reports, summaries, and content for internal and external presentations.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with documentation procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving work setting.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or service-oriented industries is a plus.
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
