Purpose Statement:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing outreach initiatives to increase awareness, access, and engagement in behavioral health services. This position also supports administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination of community programs, events, and referral processes. The Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX.
The ideal candidate will:
- Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
- Facilitate education, engagement, and awareness opportunities
- Connect individuals to behavioral health resources and programs
- Assist with administrative and admissions processes to enhance service delivery
Education / Experience / Skill Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Health, Psychology, Communications,
or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
-Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or
behavioral health service coordination.
-Knowledge of community resources, behavioral health systems, and social
determinants of health.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
-Demonstrated ability to plan events, deliver presentations, and develop
collaborative relationships.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for data tracking.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
