This position is housed under the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), supporting the implementation of the DC Access System (DCAS).

The Department of Health Care Finance s is looking for Junior UAT Tester with experience utilizing various testing methodologies and tools such as, but not limited to JIRA and Salesforce. The incumbents will utilize these tools, the data/scenarios provided and their proven experience to perform various testing tasks such as building and maintaining test plans, test suites and End to End business processes of work to ensure that the DC Access System meets business requirements.

The position is 4 days a week on site at 955 L'Enfant Plaza SW and 1 day telework.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.

• May require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the application development team.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
