Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Collaborative Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This position provides speech and language services to students in a school-based setting, helping them develop the communication skills necessary to succeed academically, socially, and functionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide recommendations and strategies to support students' communication needs within the educational environment.
• Complete required documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with school and company requirements.
• Maintain compliance with applicable professional, state, district, and school guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, when applicable.
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educators, families, and other professionals.
