Production Worker – Inspection, Labeling & Packaging

Pay: $15.54 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Shift: Overnight / 3rd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to assist with inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products in a manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

Employees may work in a cleanroom environment and may be responsible for maintaining production records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and visible defects.
• Label products accurately according to established procedures and specifications.
• Package products to ensure they are properly prepared for handling and distribution.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production work instructions.
• Complete production records and documentation as required.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and requirements when assigned to a cleanroom environment.
• Identify and report product defects, labeling errors, or other production concerns.
• Meet production expectations while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection, labeling, and packaging tasks.
• Basic reading, writing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and cleanroom requirements when applicable.
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful.

• Hourly Pay: $15.54
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Shift: Third shift / overnight
