SAP FICO Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FI CO Analyst with 10 years of experience across SAP ECC (ERP 6.0) and SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a strong focus on enabling Snowflake-based finance data transformation and analytics modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP FI/CO finance processes across ECC and S/4HANA environments, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, and Cost Center Accounting.


• Partner with Finance, Business, and Data Engineering teams to support finance data transformation and reporting initiatives.


• Translate SAP finance data structures and business requirements into scalable analytics/reporting solutions.


• Coordinate across cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise transformation environments.

Must Haves:

• 12 years of SAP FICO experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise.


• Experience with both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA Finance.


• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO data models, including ACDOCA, CO-PA, GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.


• Experience working with finance reporting, analytics, or cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is highly preferred.


• Extensive Oil & Gas domain background


• Finance data structures/tables expertise


• SAP-to-cloud/data warehouse exposure
