Job Title: Grants and Finance Specialist
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Hybrid Role
Duration: 3 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hr. (without any benefits)
This position is a hybrid role based at our Porter Drive offices in Palo Alto, with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-award activities including expenditures, cost transfers, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Provide forecasting, reporting, and decision-making support to faculty and leadership.
- Advise on policies, procedures, and best practices in research administration.
Education & Experience (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
