What are the responsibilities and job description for the Members Service Representative (REMOTE) position at Collabera?
Pay Range: $23-$24/hr
Must be located only in any of the below states:
AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
Responsibilities:
- Calling Medicare members (both new and existing) to help them understand their health plan benefits
- Explain any upcoming changes, and support them during onboarding.
Must be expert level bilingual in any of the below languages:
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Vietnamese
- Korean
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or advocacy.
- Medicare/Medicaid experience.
- Experience working in call centers or remote roles
- Familiarity with Medicare Duals, Salesforce, EPIC, Genesys, and MS Office
