With us, you will get the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, and multi-disciplined staff.  Through supervision, training and other professional development opportunities, Mental Health Housing Technicians will learn the needed skills and competencies to be successful and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

We offer flexible scheduling with openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends and opportunities for advancement within Coleman Health Services. This position will be based out of the new Class 1 residential facility in Mansfield, Ohio, known as Danielle’s Lighthouse.

Qualifications for a Mental Health Technician:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, adults or related field
  • Willing to get NPI and Medicaid Billing number (we'll help!)
  • Maintain excellent driving record
  • Good organizational skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus
  • Able to pass a criminal background check

Qualified candidates must have high school diploma and experience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, adults or related field.
