Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Marysville, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
- Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
