What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Counselor position at Coleman Health Services?
Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit mental health and substance use services provider is seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
- Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
